acceptance in the tournament. Tournament Fees are NOT refundable after
acceptance in tournament.
By signing this application the Team Manager or Head Coach,
on behalf of his or her team, releases the Tournament, its officials, arena
management and all concerned with the event, from any liability for any
injury or accident which may be incurred by any player or team official
while participating or while traveling to or from this tournament.

TOURNAMENT HIGHLIGHTS
In extending our invitation,
we are confident that we will offer you the fun, excitement and
competition, that all everlasting hockey memories are made from.
games
All teams are guaranteed a minimum of 4
games with most teams playing 5, 6, or 7 games. European,
American and Canadian Competition.

MVP's (for final game only), Champions,
Finalists, Consolation Champs, and Consolation Finalists.

entrance fees
$925.00 CDN For Canadian Teams
$925.00 U.S. (at par) For American Teams
Payment Options:
1) Payment in full guarantees spot
2) Send deposit - $500 Cdn. or $500 U.S. and
postdated cheque - $425 Cdn. or $425 U.S. dated April 8 for RM
or dated June 15 for CW
American teams must pay entrance fees in U.S.
dollars (at par).
In the event postdated cheques do not clear
by due date, deposit will be forfeited and spot released.
Team official must sign application and
have enclosed payment in order to process application for acceptance.
Deposits not refundable.
*Hotel accomodations must be booked through
tournament office. This is a prerequesite of acceptance in the tournament.
Final acceptance to our tournaments can
only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
***Entrance fee is non-refundable once paid. The
team at CCHA Sports puts in considerable time & effort planning
all particulars of a tournament including securing space, ordering
trophies and much more. Extenuating circumstances outside our control
which may affect our ability to run an event safely do not warrant
a refund. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters
of any kind.
* If your tryouts have not been completed let
us know. We will hold you a spot with a deposit and you may
forward the balance after meeting with your parents, that way you
will not lose your spot.
Spaces for teams are unfortunately limited!
Some divisions were filled quickly, so PLEASE try to book early
